Whole Chickens - Shares

All whole bird orders must be placed by February 28th. If we plan to release fall availability, we will update accordingly. Chicken must be picked up within a week of processed dates. 

The first processing date will be in April. Once first lot is sold out, more chicken will be added for the May processing date, and so on and so forth. 

*All birds must be picked up 1 week from processing date (or prior arranged date) or deposit will be refunded and chicken will be resold. At this time we do not have enough freezer space to hold everyone’s meat. 

Birds are between 5-7 lbs. Sizes/weights are unpredictable. We will do our best to give a mix and match of weights. Weight is determined by carcass weight. 

At this time we cannot process birds down in cuts, however, we will provide a complimentary video on "How To" if you would like to do it yourself. 

Birds can be 4-8 lbs, most are around 6 lbs. $5 per lb.

4 lb - $20
5 lb - $25
6 lb - $30
7 lb - $35
8 lb - $40

There are not a ton of 7-8 lb chickens. Most are between 4-6 lbs. Details are in the link about pick up etc. You will get a mix and match.

Packaging is the whole bird in a 5ml heat shrink sealed bag.
